Excellent customer service. Food was great. Definitely recommend !! 💯💯
You can either have great food service or great food but they gotta pick a struggle the food was okay nothing out of the world but not bad , the service however there was two girls sitting down one on the phone and the other one on the reception area , I went to pick up my order in which they didn’t berly even looked up for I told them it was a pick order they just nodded with their head towards were the food was and continued on with their day, I took the food and had to go back because I noticed they put a regular Coke when I had order a Coke 0 no big deal however when I went back they looked at each other made a face and gave me the new drink only to completely open my Oder and realize they didn’t give a spoon for my fish soup idk if they thought I would be drinking my Soup or what but there was literally 0 ppl in there when I walked in and I now see why
Walked sat And waited 5-6 min No one came Waitresses talking to each other never looked our way 2 guys came in Within seconds they had menus We Got up and walked out !! Ridiculous !! They need to get a crash course on customer service !!
All I can say is make sure you review your bill before you pay. Not worth my 20 minute drive. Definitely over priced, for food quality. We were 3 adults entrees 3 kids meals paid over $220
Service portions are very generous. The caldo is delicious. Everything was so good and reasonable pricing.
3 Stars, here’s why: Food is way overpriced Id rather drive elsewhere next time. The food is not that good. I was honestly really disappointed. Once you know what’s good you can’t have worse. It’s just not traditional mariscos, it’s made differently and not as tasty. The food is cheap compared to the price but at least it was edible. The drinks are great though and so are the salsas and chips! Waitress was great, very welcoming and checks in at good times. The place itself was super dark.. not sure if they’re trying to save money on the light bill, but it’s not a good look.
04-25-24 stopped by to try for the first time. They were always closed when I'm passing through. Food was pretty good. I got the fried fish and shrimp. I came with a good fish soup. slaw, rice and fries. Got the cucumber agua fresca. Service was good. A cute black Latina girl helped me decide on what to order. I will return. I recommend this place. Next time I'll try something different.
🎤drop! You are greeted with a smile and a basket of chips accompanied by a tray of salsas. The Tex Mex music gives this charming place a feel of the real Pescaderías at Reynosa. The service was fast and courteous. The food was hot and the Vuelve a la vida cocktail was fresh. We had Indio beer and it was a perfect compliment to our lunch.
