Esmeralda was the person that was taking my order. She was so kind and told me exactly how to eat my ceviche to maximize my experience. After having a busy week, I decided to get out of my comfort zone and try this ceviche place. It is definitely a hole in the wall, and deserves more recognition. Parking is provided, and there is a patio where you can eat there. Upon bringing my mango ceviche home I opened it and was surprised how much they gave me. My mango ceviche came with two mayonnaise package, a house made black sauce, green sauce, and a bag full of tostadas. To give you some insight I just ate two tostadas and I still have more than half of the ceviche left. For the price point of $25.98, I do believe you get most of your money for some fresh ceviche. So refreshing on a hot day and addicting to keep eating. Super happy to have this food truck so close to home. Shout out to Esmeralda for being so sweet.
You walk in and are greeted by Sergio and his team. They have a variety of seafood choices. My personal favorite is the ceviche tropical! It has shrimp cured in lime and pico with mango pieces. They add a special black sauce that just takes everything to another level! It is a very well served plate (don't let the pretty ensemble presentation fool you) it is very well filling. I love the ambience too! You will listen to musica mexicana and just be all in the vibes! Thank you for having this food truck available for us Thurs-Sun! It's a staple piece here in Austin.
Sooooo fresh! Food truck. Owner is friendly. We love it. Bring a big hungry stomach coz it would be worth it. We will definitely come back.
