My current girlfriend asked me today why every time we go here it costs almost 80 dollars? I asked what do you mean we share a meal for one, or get the dinner special and share. Mind you yes we have an alcoholic drink 1 each always a large margarita , plus ask for an avocado split as an appetizer " we were quoted 4 orders of guacamole to get an avocado split and un altered " having done the math plus including tip there's no way it would be as much as we were charged. Look at the receipt the total price is higher than the totals listed with tips for the few who cant calculate tips; fyi we always tip towards the higher wnd of the suggested quote printed on the receipt. When I questioned the price, we were greeted by the manager on duty. She explained that we were charged the lunch special price vs the dinner. " What is going on, I have worked in restaurants for several years now and I have never seen a dinner special cheaper than a lunch. " What's even more suspicious is that looking at the dates she "my girl" mentioned the servers were different so my question is are the staff running a scam on the patrons and or is management in on it. I say there in on it because the manager said "We were charged the lunch special price instead of the dinner " well would someone please show me a restaurant that charges more for a lunch special than the dinner? They have good food and service but something shady is going on when it come to checking out. Please double check the receipt against what you ordered. I would agree that mistakes happen, but seeing as to how we have frequented them twice a week for at least 4 months now and the over charge is consistent upon review of the charges compared to our normal ordering habits I don't believe that this is a one off incident.
The waiters were constantly refilling salsa and as soon as the chimichanga came it was straight gas The live music was ok but I ain’t that much into country But the singer had us all laughing when he sang Barbie Girl W Restaurant Definitely would go again
The food seemed great, but by the time I got home.. My stomach was protesting loudly... The meal didn't set right with me. I had the street tacos, not sure what the problem was.
