We enjoyed the food, we had the pastor, bistec and charro beans. It was fresh and prepared at order time. We were worried it might have been sitting around since was late and almost to closing time. The food was promptly brought out. I didn't pay attention to the prices and I paid in cash to avoid the 4% CC fee. Later on my wife asked me how much it was and when I told her she questioned the amount. She had looked at the prices and said they overcharged by about $3. I didn't request a receipt so I don't have the charge breakdown. I didn't go back to discuss the overcharge but I don't plan to return despite the good food. 4/30/26: We were there Saturday night, 4/25/26 about 9:30PM. I appreciate the follow-up on my review, but we were in town for a short visit and are back home. Bumped up to two starts based on the business response.

I loved Mayan Taqueria – the food was fresh and flavorful, especially the tacos and quesadilla. The atmosphere was warm and lively, perfect for a casual family dinner, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the overall vibe made it feel like a true Mexican restaurant near me. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.
