Maya had a great conversation with my friend about his favorite Indian brunch dishes and she was able to whip up a truly fantastic spread! Everything was fresh and delicious and I am still dreaming about the Pakora! Can’t wait to go back!
This was my first ever experience with an Indian dish & I was little skeptical, but Maya! she did some wonder, when I started eating, I never felt Im eating something new. What a service! what a love for cooking, everything was so so delicious & made with care that I fell in love with Indian food, now I almost eat Indian food, every weekend & nothing other than from Maya's Indian kitchen food. Thank you Maya for introducing me to the taste of India! Highly recommended
Maya makes some great Dal. Her roti and kulka are light and flavorful. The chickpeas were just right spicy. There is a wonderful combination when Indian food meets real home cooking-Authentic cuisine right in our own house! We were only two people so we couldn’t order as much as I would have wanted to try. Next time we’ll be sure to include some friends. Maya is the real deal. She won’t disappoint.
