5 out of the 5 times I’ve gone here my order is messed up in some way. I just order a Big Mac meal and somehow the staff screw it up. The burger is usually super lopsided and the Big Mac sauce is all over the place. Not to mention they always forget to give me the sauce I order. Not only that, but two of the times I went there I just completely got the wrong order handed to me. I can say it’s nice because of the fact that it’s a very new location and up to date on appliances and such, but unfortunately it just wasn’t that clean. Floors were pretty dirty and sticky.
Absolutely never again they suck at service i waited in an empty lobby for 20 minutes and nobody said anything to me after I placed my order i waited for my food for 30 minutes and I was still missing items from my order.
if i could give this place 10 stars on service i would! they were so accommodating & helpful. tracy was incredibly wonderful; he took such good care of us, gave us free refills and good conversation. if you haven’t went to sit down inside yet, you need to do so at least once. i’ve never left a review for a mcdonalds before but this one was just so incredible, i had to! best mcd’s we’ve ever been to!
