Never again will I got to McHugh’s in Mattoon. I got a hot ham and cheese sandwich from there and found a hair in my food. Now, I get that this happens sometimes but this is why when working in fast food you have to wear a hair net or something to help prevent this issue. Not only that..but idk why our bag was handed to someone else but after a guy rang up our order instead of him just handing us our card AND bag, he handed our bag to this other guy who was standing right in front of the window with HIS HANDS DOWN HIS PANTS! That is so disgusting!!! You can’t be working in fast food and be sticking your hands down your pants. Like I said, NEVER will I EVER stop at this location again!
It seems everything i order, my order is never right. Greatly disappointed, tired of wasting money on food that is never correct.
Go to McHughs every day and at 12:00 pm. and they never my order right, today I was given the wrong drink.
