See All ReviewsAs someone who’s had it from El Salvador, pupuserias in NY, as well from homes in Queens, this is not it. These do not taste anything like a pupusa. Period. The flour flatbreads are fine, still lack flavor, but worse is the fillings lacking flavor — both the queso and chicharron options. And my favorite condiment, cortido (cabbage salad) lacks the bite it should have as well. Just disappointing overall. The there’s the price. ~$15 for 3 w/ condiments (mind you the cortido is a small container — extra are a $1 each; was originally quoted $.50 which would have been more reasonable). I opted out of the refried beans, but still wouldn’t compensate with a side of cortido. C’mon, man. Anyways, caveat emptor.
Best pupusas in town!
