My daughter is a patient with serious issues. She had blood work done December 3 and as of now her doctor/nurse, Joan Jones, has not responded to MULTIPLE phone requests for results. She's accessed her results through LabCorp & knows enough that she needs to see a rheumatologist, at least. This group DOES NOT care about it's patients. My daughter has been left hanging & is too polite in her requests for a call back. I'd never use a group this uncaring!!!
Anisha Pittman is the absolute best she always listens and spends time with you. Also Deena @ the desk if so helpful and always is so nice and always makes sure i get the answers and help i need. I love this practice.
Time to find a new primary. I've been going to this location long before these people have been employed there(Decades). I miss having ONE Dr. They refuse to fill out my fmla and temp disability paperwork because they aren't treating me. I have a fractured T12, Lesion on my spinal cord and they wouldn't be able to treat me anyway cause I have to be tested for MS. All they will do is send me to specialists. Well I already saw some specalists but they won't go by what these specialists say( Stupid right?) Well I'm out of work a month, no income for a single income family. No one wants to help me so I guess I have to go back to work and take my chances driving this 80k lb truck. Thanks for nothing. I won't ever be returning there.
