9 years agoExcellent salad bar! It is a bit pricey, but it has the largest selection of ingredients I have ever seen. The salad bar is clean, well stocked, and everything looks fresh.

12 years agoExcellent service and provides a true Eastern European dining experience. The chicken breast on my chicken salad was the best chicken that I have ever eaten. The staff were friendly and had the bonus of cute accents. Do support this business- they deserve every cent.

Edited 9 years agoMoved to Michigan and Washington Ave. Transferred to their son and is more of a cafe style. Review below still holds. This place is absolutely delightful. It has all of the attributes of a fancy restaurant, with beautiful decor and excellent food. It is very reasonably priced as well. The owners are Eastern European, and many of the dishes they serve are unique to that region of the world. The walls are decorated with the whimsical artwork of the owner. I tried the spinach pie, and it was delicate and fluffy in texture and well presented. They do take reservations. Get there early for lunch and don't be intimidated by the air of sophistication. Treat yourself to a first-class meal and service at a competitive price.

12 years agoMediteran is a reasonably-priced, authentic European restaurant. Always excellent food, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.
