This is one of the best restaurants in the area. The staff is extremely attentive, warm. Food is completely on point repeatedly.
I believe this is our go-to Mexican restaurant in Asheville. The flavors are interesting and reliably good. They hand make their sauces. I've never eaten anything from here that could even be considered mediocre, whether in the store or by delivery. We've now had Ay Caramba five times or so, and I think we're sticking to it.
This is an excellent Mexican restaurant, authentic Mexican food, huge portions, nice salsa bar and fresh bean dip served with your chips. We had the mixed Fajitas steak, chicken and shrimp. The preparation and flavors are excellent. The service was great, very attentive, and always friendly. I highly recommend it..!!
