Everyone there was wonderful. It's a nice little place to grab a drink. During my visit I had the large banana daiquiri, and my friend have a large beer. Have to say thank goodness we were real close to the marina. At the time of ordering we had no idea this year amount of alcohol that we would be served as such a reasonable price. The only food we got was chips and salsa and I loved it. My friend did not care for their white sauce but I think that's just a matter of case not a matter of the quality of the food. I highly recommend you go there get a drink and enjoy the friendly atmosphere. When I say friendly atmosphere I'm not just talking about the employees I'm also talking about the other patrons that came in at the same time we were there. Everyone was friendly and I mean everyone.
Margaritas are fire, drank a large margaritas on the rocks. Waiter was great, consistent, polite and courteous to our every need. Went for my birthday. I hadn't had Mexican in a while. A great time.
We often go to Mezcal when we’re craving Mexican food in the area, and it has become one of our favorite spots. The food is consistently excellent flavorful, well-seasoned, and served fresh. During our last visit, we ordered the steak with chorizo and chorizo quesadillas, and both were outstanding. The steak was juicy and cooked perfectly, while the quesadillas had the ideal balance of cheese and crispiness without feeling greasy. One dish we totally recommend is the California Fries they’re packed with flavor, generously portioned, and easily one of the best items on the menu. What also makes Mezcal stand out is the service, which is probably the fastest we’ve ever experienced at a sit-down restaurant that isn’t fast food. The staff is efficient, friendly, and attentive without hovering, making every visit smooth and enjoyable. The prices are very reasonable, and their daily lunch specials offer great value for both quality and portion size. If you’re looking for authentic flavors, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Mezcal never disappoints. And if you’re vegetarian, they also have veggie options if you dont like meat. Also they are able to change anything on the dish. Like add chicken or change the meat. Also replace things like take of the beans and add more rice.
