Was presented with a friendly smile & food came out quickly! They food was absolutely delishhhh. I appreciate that they makethe tortillas from scratch! 😊 A great spot for a quick bite or to pick something up on the way home!
We are not from the area and wanted mexican food close to where we were staying. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the building is older(no fault of the restaurant), but the place itself was very clean. They had multiple TV’s going at once which was distracting. I feel like one in the bar should suffice. The food was good. We can’t say anything bad about that. If you’re okay with a place that isn’t fancy, but has good food then you should be happy here.
I went in to grab some Carne Asada tacos for lunch. The portions for the price I thought were pretty fair. But what made the trip was the salsa. The tomatillo and the red salsa they gave me with my tacos was maybe the two best salsas I’ve ever had. The red had a great smoky flavor to it while the green had just the right spice with that fresh flavor still. Will definitely be going back even if just for those!
