I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I can honestly say it’s some of the best birria I’ve had. No matter where I go the flavor, freshness and portion size of the meat and consomé here is unmatched.
The food was so bland. The only good thing about the food was that the meat was tender, besides that it had absolutely no taste. The sauce they give you on the side seemed old, it was stiff and very thick. The food isn't as good as it use to be. I won't be back.
This food truck is down the street from me, which is dangerous. Their birria tacos are THE BEST I've ever had, ever. And I have tried a lot all over Philly and elsewhere but this spot it authentic and sooooo delicious. You get your money's worth. I give them 10/10 for delicious, fresh food. Can take a little while for your food to be prepared if there's a wait, but I prefer they take their time as opposed to having the tacos made and sitting. That leaves for them to get soggy and cold. I have never had a cold or soggy taco. Always hot with a crunch, and so fresh. I would consider hiring them for an event if they ever offered that as a service.
