Absolutely the worst customer service!! I’ve been eating at this place for years and I believe they recently switched staff. The new staff is straight up, rude and inconsiderate. After eating the food here for years and recommending it to anyone who loves quality Japanese cuisine, to be treated so nasty is outrageous and I will not be spending my money there henceforth. If I eat at Mikoto’s again, I will have to travel to Fayetteville and I’m fine with that because the Pembroke location is absolute garbage!
They made the combination plates smaller. I have small hands for a man and you can see the difference. You should have a small and large plate option i stead of msking our food portions smaller. I am a proud lumbee snd hope they change for the better. Great food but don't charge the sMe price and make the combo plates 25% smaller.
This location is hands down the best express Japanese food I have ever had. The restaurant is very inviting as I was greeted by Skyy who took my order when I went in and London prepared my order. They were both very friendly, respectful and professional. I highly recommend eating here or placing a to go order because you will not be disappointed.
