I wouldn’t write this if I was the only one that this has happened to, but I have heard from other people that they were treated the same way. My husband and I walked in on Easter Sunday and were interested in trying this new restaurant. We went to the maitre de and in my fractured Spanish asked for a menu and a table. She looked at us like we were invading and walked away from us. We have NEVER been treated so poorly at any restaurant! The cook didn’t even acknowledge us! Needless to say we left and won’t be returning or recommending. I hate to play the race card, but it is EVIDENT!
Terrible customer service. I waited for over 15 minutes, and no one came to take my order. Meanwhile, two servers were taking care of the table across from me. I literally had to walk away. I won't go to or recommend this restaurant.
I just pass through the restaurant driving with my three kids under 4 and before heading home I wanted to bring some food with me. A lady answered EXTREMELY RUDE. I asked if there are any specials for today and she kept saying that I go on the website and see what they have. I said I am driving Would you be able to tell me if there are any specials and while I was talked she kept talking OVER me. And kept repeating “you can go to the website and see what we have” DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE”. First time wanting to try and this experience left me disgusted. It was a woman that speaks Spanish as well.
