I loved it and hits my Filipino food cravings! Great serving size! Lumpia is sooo good matches so well with the pancit. The bistek is really good too! The meat is so tender!
Stumbled across Mima’s Lutong Bahay in New Braunfels and honestly couldn’t believe how good it was. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the kind of people that make you feel like a regular on your first visit. The pork belly was super fresh, crispy, and delicious, the lemonades were amazing, and the portion sizes were a major hookup for the price. One of those hidden gem food trucks you immediately start telling people about.
SO good! I bought 3 dozen for my work and they made it so effortlessly to order and we're SO sweet. They had it ready on time. They moved locations and are off of Walnut behind the HEB, Google maps has the wrong address. Everyone at work LOVED them, deff going back.
