a month agoJust moved back to Ravenna and we were so excited to be close to this place. We used to LOVE it. So sad that everything has changed. The food was gelatinous and just gross and flavorless. Nothing what it used to be. We used to drive 15/20 mins to get this place specially. Guess we will drive 1/2 hour to get better food elsewhere! If you used to love this place BEWARE!

a month agoI have gone to this place for years, but over the past few years the food has declined, was there a year ago and it was not like it was in the past, decided to give it another try last night, well that was a huge waste of money! The eggrolls only had cabbage and were tough, the general so chicken had no veggies like it use too and some of the chicken was not even sauced, the hot pepper flakes were the only thing in the sauce, and the fried rice might of had one carrot in it and just did not look or taste like it did in the past, the sea food delight had some sort of weird gummy thing in it, the chicken chow mein had no flavor what so ever, very disappointed. Maybe when the new place in town opens we will try that, but after last night we will not go back to this place, its sad, because I know it is a family run buisness

a month agoThe food is excellent! Price is great for what you get and the ratio of rice to entree is perfect. We get General Tso chicken combo and chicken and broccoli combo. My husband doesn't like onions and they happily make his food without them.

a month agoWe love this place! The food is always delicious, fresh, and quick. The service is amazing and they always make us feel important. We have eaten a lot of Chinese takeout and I’m sad to see others had a bad experience because this is our favorite place. To each their own but our family loves Ming Chu and the people there ❤️

6 months agoWe've been coming here for Chinese food since I was a kid, 2001 is a long time ago and its been a staple in our household since but these last couple of years, we've noticed a slip. Food is too tough to chew, sauce is too lumpy, theres no vegetables where they should be. And this food is by no means cheap, its come to our attention that it makes a difference who's cooking it. I'm pretty sure I know who was cooking the food this last time and we're going to start asking who's cooking whenever we order next time. Whoever is cooking this food needs to maybe step back and learn more considering this is a family run business. If they're not careful, they can and will run this place into the ground with the state of their food. I can see I'm not the only one complaining either, maybe listen to your customers better

10 months agoIt's okay. The pop out of the pop cooler was not cold at all. The food was okay but I thought the rice seemed a little dry, and I wasn't overly impressed with the taste of the food. I'd say just average that's why I'm only giving it three stars.
