Ok it's a taco truck, great. Most of the times I've gone have been great. The service is great. The parking is great. The only not so great thing was the chicharron tacos. If you aren't gonna prepare them properly with some sauce and heat then yall need to stop selling them cause the tacos I just got were almost criminally disappointing. Im used to chicharron being spicy and wet. These were like eggs with some pork rings from the convenience store tossed on them, all dry and crispy and shii...
All I ever want is a breakfast taco. ESPECIALLY on vacation. ESPECIALLY when your resort charges a premium for everything. So to feed my family of 5 for $40 instead of $100++ at the breakfast buffet where some of us are just gonna be picky and barely eat, I say: just give me the damn taco so I can on with my day! Yummy too, of course. What a gem, perfect for a morning pick me up while staying at the resort. There is really no atmosphere here as it's a food truck situation, but it's not dirty or anything. And it is completely covered so you could come here in bad weather, no problem!
It is way too expensive for basic taco food
