I’ve been here every blue moon. This particular time, it tasted so delicious! Super casual hole-in-the-wall vibes. I adored the beautiful plates and the way that the meats tasted. Great amount of cheese and chicharrón. Their refrescos/aqua Frescas are so refreshing. I love the cantaloupe and the Pina. Very cute. Reminds me of a little El Salvador. :)
Review based on one dinner here. Simple little hole on the wall shop. There was only one lady working here and there were several customers so the food took a while to come out. Tacos were about average price and decent sized. I tried the carnitas and barbacoa. I think I preferred the carnitas. Pupusa was hot and fresh.
Mini Taqueria & Pupuseria is one of my favorite spots in Grapevine. The food is always fresh and authentic — the pupusas are perfectly cooked and the tacos are packed with flavor. What really makes this place special are the older ladies who run it — they are so sweet and welcoming. You can truly feel the care they put into both the food and the service. Such a hidden gem!
