They could not have been more professional, friendly, and understanding with my hectic schedule. Thank you so much, I will tell everyone to bring their equipment to you........

a year agoLorenzo is a superstar. He was able to clone my close to death HDD to an SSD and my computer is now 100 times faster. Best Buy wouldn’t even attempt it. Great customer service

2 years agoLorenzo fixed in 90 minutes a laptop that Best Buy was talking about shipping away for a higher cost than what he charged me. 100% recommend!

Edited 2 years agoScammed me for almost $200 and made my computer worse off. When I called to check in, always kindly I was told I was acting like the “weirdo from the cable guy.” It was a simple power supply change and it looks like I basically paid $200 for this guy to insult me & make my pc worse/break it entirely. ** I OPENED IT UP AND ADDED PICS ** -BENT MY RBG PRONGS ON MY MOTHERBOARD -WIRES DANGLING LEFT UNTUCKED/UNPLUGGED So I was wrong about there being no power supply & him being a thief. bBUT I paid $200 for him to damage my computer and give it back in worse condition.

3 years agoIf I could give 0 stars I would. I wanted to buy AirPods for my dads birthday. He sold me them and said they were real and brand new. I got home and tried them and found out they’re fake. He said I couldn’t get a refund and now my dad is sad because he got fake AirPods.

7 years agoVery helpful, well spoken and friendly. Recently bought a Macbook from them for a great price. My boyfriend got his iPhone screen fixed here as well and it was the best price I have seen in the area. Thank you guys for the awesome deal and all your help.

7 years agoI walked in clueless with two laptops. These guys took amazing care of my machines and the customer service is phenomenal. They updated the firewall, cleaned out my old laptop that has not worked in 8 years, downloaded the new Windows 10 and Microsoft office. I asked a million question and Marco answered each question in detail and never made me feel stupid. So helpful and knowledgeable, I am truly impressed and very grateful. I wish all businesses ran this well.
