Every time I order from here, the food never disappoints. Even when I do delivery and my delivery has some minor spills, the food will still be delicious. However, what disappoints me every time I come here is the customer service. When I come in to order, there's always a lot of waiting due to chit-chatting or a lack of organization. The last time I ordered here in person, I had to wait aprox 3 hours because it gets crowded quickly. People will also cut in or try to skip in front of you, especially if they know the staff, and because of this, the staff won't care. They'll allow it. My last straw was when I recently called on multiple occasions to make deliveries, and the person on call would put me on hold or just cancel my call.
Wow wow! Where do I start? I ordered a BBQ ribs lunch White rice was soaking in BBQ sauce that was extremely salty and sour and not at all like normal BBQ sauce. The rice was literally pink. The beans salty other than the extreme salt it had no flavor of no kind, no cilantro, no onions, no pepper. The salad that came with the lunch only tasted like vinegar. What a waste of my hard earned money. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and they failed!
I feel better knowing about this spot! I found the food remarkable. This place provides an unpretentious, comfortable environment. The people working here are as nice to see as they are to talk to. This restaurant is impressive and I'll return regularly.
