Love their creative approach to sushi and fish is SUPER fresh. Ordered the crunchy spicy tuna. Flavors were dynamite. Located in a cool food court with a bar in the center. Great stop for a drink and a bite when visiting The Strip.
Inside the Novo Asian Food Hall, what I would call a food court, they had good sushi. I ordered the eel avocado almond roll and thought it was really good. The almonds didn’t lend much flavor but they did give the roll some crunch that I really liked. I can’t wait to try more rolls next time.
Hands down, if I had one last meal to enjoy on earth this might be in my top five picks. The food is absolutely delicious, fresh and satisfying. Every bite is as good as the last. My favorite includes the spicy scallop roll. Sorry the food is half eaten I always forget to take a picture while it still looks pretty. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Pittsburgh.
