I love birria tacos and these are by far THE BEST. Absolutely incredible. Great outdoor seating, owners are so friendly, and very fair prices. Come check them out. Can’t wait to go back soon!
I won't beat around the bush, this is hands down some of the best mexican food I've ever had. We are so fortunate to have unbelievably good mexican food trucks around us, and somehow this one finds a way to be a little different and unique. They are famous for birria but everything is first rate. Also the family that runs the truck are very proud of their work and super nice
I have mixed feelings about the nachos. The chips were store bought. The cheese sauce clearly came out of a can or a bag. The beef was smoky, tender, juicy, and flavorful. If the cheese and chips had been better quality, the nachos would have been incredible. As it was, once the beef was gone, the rest was trash. I have a great and easy recipe for queso if anybody from the restaurant reads this.
