The dumplings were super flavorful and delicious. Not you typical asian dumplings. We were pleasantly surprised. There were a variety of sources and the staff member gave us all of them. Great service. We highly recommend this place for a quick, delicious filling meal.
I absolutely love this food truck! My daughter and I come here almost weekly for an order of dumplings ! I've only ever gotten steamed, but we have tried the different options of meat choices. The menu is small and simple, but the food definitely packs in flavor and quality. I love the steamed dumplings because there is a texture to it that feels good. You basically get a choice of steamed or pan-fried, and then a choice of pork, chicken, and I believe veggie. The man working there is always so kind and always offers a variety of sauces if you are indecisive/unsure. So far, I've tried the sesame, sweet chili, and one other. All of them complement the dumplings perfectly ! The meat filling is always tender, the order is always hot, the size of the dumplings are filling, and the price for the quantity is not bad at all.
There is literally no words to compare this food truck but a dream come true. They are super friendly and accommodating honestly the best dumplings in town. They have so many sauces to choose and options to have your dumplings cooked. A place you must stop by even if you are just stopping through Harrisonburg.
