5 months agoThis was my first time and last, the chicken was really dry like it's been cooked previously. The cabbage was not tasty and the red beans OMG. I'm not sure if this is a real jerk restaurant.

10 months agoThe food is great. Service is pretty good. Only Reason why I didn’t get them five stars it’s because the food wasn’t quite ready when they said it would be other than that top-notch

a year agoBlessings 🇬🇳. I was craving island food, which I usually go to Wildhare downtown. I read reviews, and food and service have changed and not in a good way. So I found Montego Bay, and let me tell you as an island mon and a cook. Their food reminded me of being on the islands. The services was amazingly friendly. To some, the atmosphere might not be to their liking. For me, again reminded me of that island restaurant back of town we call it. Let's talk about the food. Oxtails were tender and juicy with just the right spice. The curry goat, just the same tender and well seasoned. I will definitely be saving a trip to the city. Montego Bay is my new favorite island restaurant beside my own kitchen. May Jah bless all reading this review. One Love 🇬🇳

2 years agoThis place is amazing. I will definitely be coming back here. I made a great decision to call my brother to grab a bit at this local place. He had the dark jerk chicken and I had the Ox tail diner. Highly recommend for anyone in the area. Look at this amazing food. Finished all of it and was well satisfied.

2 years agoI enjoyed the food service was quick price was reasonable. I like how the jerk chicken was seasoned not spicy with additional sauce on side for more heat! Unfortunately no explanation for why I was not given bread despite it saying bread included in menu

3 years agoI got the Jerk Chicken entree with Rice and Cabbage. The chicken and cabbage was delicious. The rice was a little too spicy for me. If you like tongue burning this is the place for me. I will ask to switch out rice for Mac and cheese.

3 years agoMy team and I manage to stop by Montego Bay Restaurant and I can say there food taste real authentic it’s real Jamaican flavors and there Jerk chicken is off the chain we have things in common my team said the color and flavor of the Montego Bay jerk is the same as Gully’s Jerk. Montego Bay good job keep it going if you want good customer service and authentic food I recommend there food 10 times will stop by again when we are back in Chicago. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

3 years agoWow. This is the real deal. I’m a food expert, and this is Authentic Jamaican food. The food was fresh, juicy, and full of that Jamaican seasoning and flavor. We were visiting from out of town, and we definitely felt welcome stopping by here. If you’re visiting and looking for some Authentic Jamaican food, make sure to stop by. We will definitely be back.
