I like coming hear to Moodys travel plaza, first they pride themselves of keeping their showers, and restrooms very very clean, second their diesel is top grade with no trash and burns slow. I wish there was a moodys everywhere

Unacceptable Customer Service: Falsely Accused of Stealing ​I stopped at this truck stop for lunch. The experience was appalling and incredibly frustrating. ​I purchased a bag of chips from the main gas station counter from a woman cashier. Less than a minute later, I was sitting at a table in the connected Subway area, preparing to eat my sandwich and chips. ​A male cashier was then sent over to my table, and he immediately accused me of stealing the bag of chips. When I stated I had just paid the woman at the register, she came over and joined the confrontation, adamantly insisting, "No, no, no, you never paid me. I am the only woman at the register." ​To defend myself against this completely unfounded public accusation, I had to pull up my banking app and show the male cashier the recent debit card transaction proving my purchase. Only after I provided proof did he finally check the register's recent transactions, confirming that I had indeed paid. ​This is an unacceptable failure in basic customer service and employee training. Staff should check their own records before approaching a paying customer in the middle of their lunch and subjecting them to public embarrassment and false accusations of theft. ​I immediately requested a refund for my purchase and left the premises, as the entire situation had ruined my lunch. I strongly advise management to review their employee policies regarding checking transaction records and engaging with customers.
