Beware out there ppl they are ruthless. I called this office today for an appointment. All the appointment taker cared about was payment. She discriminated me because I was using Medicaid. Telling me it’s my doctors responsibility like she couldn’t call Medicaid with my social and get a referral code from them on her own. They don’t care about your pain or your foot 🦶🏾 if your low income run from these ruthless, heartless, pocket drainers. Below are pics are outgoing calls.
I had a wart grow very quickly on my foot causing pain walking while bare foot. I had called around to a few places with not much help and no one quickly able to help me get an appointment. After calling Dr. Barbella’s office I was immediately helped by Trish in making an appointment for the very next day. After meeting with both Dr. Barbella and Trish we decided a surgical removal of the plantar wart under my left big toe was the best route. My appointment was made for the very next Friday. Being only 22 I’m still getting used to making my own appointments for things and also making sure it’s with people I can trust. I truly felt so comfortable during my entire procedure and post op appointments. This was the only surgery that I thought hurt less than initially expected. The entire surgery I was awake and talking to both the doctor and his wife while actually laughing through it because it was so pain free. Not only did I feel safe, I felt comfortable and sure that I was in the best hands. It’s been about a month since my surgery and my toe has healed up perfectly. I could not be happier with my experience and could not recommend a better Podiatrist office!
Very good first experience with this dr. Dr Moeez was very sweet to my 90 yr old mother. I felt very comfortable making the appointment for my mom and got in that same day. I highly recommend this office . I will be making my own appointment soon. Great location too.
