See All ReviewsPretty Hot And Tempting indeed! Driving through Longview and wanted to pick up some BBQ, we decided on MO Phat after checking out some reviews. Don’t be scared off by their location, tucked behind a car wash. The beef brisket was on point, moist and bringing the flavor. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was delicious, as good as it gets, tender with the perfect ratio of cheese and heat. We got both the dirty rice and rice & beans to try them out and we were rewarded with MO excellent flavor, with both dishes. Try the Teacake cookies if you want something sweet, but not too sweet. In closing, there is some real cooking going on in the MO Phat kitchen, their food is made with MO love and it shows.
Off the beaten path but well worth the hunt. This little treasure will satisfy your BBQ desires and Nat's punch (orange/pineapple) is refreshingly different! Very personable staff eager to serve. Though a small establishment it delivers the goods.
OMG‼️Best Brisket ever. I love Brisket moist with some fat on it. Well.... seasoned. The Tea Cakes taste just like my grandmother's use to. Thank you all for such great service🙌....... Brisket, large beef rib, sausage sandwich and tea cakes.
