Love everything about Motivation Nutrition - heard about it initially from the workout place I go adn finally stopped in last week. Have anlready been twice. Ashley the owner is amazing. She has so much knowledge and is so nice and sweet. She treats everyone like they’re her best friends and it;s obvious she has a passion for what she does. I like the teas but the shakes are the best . Get the cookies & cream!!
Absolutely love the owner Ashley and this place! She makes you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in she really takes the time to explain everything when it comes to teas and healthy shakes. I look forward to going there after every workout each day!
