Had High Tea today with a friend and truly enjoyed the experience. From wearing hats to a 4 course meal with unlimited tea, it was a great. The staff was wonderful. We didn't get to meet Jacob, the chef, but the food was wonderful. Then there is Ricky who made all the gluten free pastries and bread. I rarely find gf pastries and bread that I enjoy, unless I make it myself. Ricky did a phenomenal job. Michelle was all smiles as she greeted us and checked on us. We didn't feel rushed. The next course was not brought out till they knew we were finished with a course, with no long breaks between. They told me to plan for 1.5hrs to 2hrs...I thought they were crazy. We were there 2.5hrs. We also had plenty of leftovers to take home.
goodness what a beautiful little spot! it fills up quickly, but if you are early you may be able to get a seat! the chef is beyond kind as well as the servers. i had the scones with mint herbal green tea, my friend had their BLT and goodness it was all DELICIOUS!!
Thank you for a great birthday experience!! First time here, definitely not my last. I ordered the chicken salad on white and it was divine!! The scone was yummy! It was fun trying on hats with my mom.
