Edited a month agoGreat service from the young lady. But everything else was bad. Almost 2 hours to get your food is not acceptable. The food was fine, nothing exciting...but if I'm going to spend my money I will spend it at a different restaurant from now on. The kitchen messed up and the restaurant would not take responsibility. Poor management. Will not be going back. To reply...a large group came in after us, got their food, ate and left before we got our food. If you cant even acknowledge what you did was wrong then that's your problem. As the lady at the front said there are 5 other restaurants in Mt.Orab we can go to and we will. As for staying there an hour after we ate, a bit of an exaggeration there. Your answer says a lot. While I said the young lady was great everything else stunk. Maybe take a few classes in proper management.

a month agoI was there with a group of 5. The server was very nice. However our food took an hour and a half to come out and my son waited longer for His food. They were nice and comped my sons dinner. But when the other couple that were with us asked for something off thier bill they said no. Here's the thing the manager was not empathetic at all about the situation then suggested "there are 4or 5 other restaurants in Mt Orab maybe we should try those instead" her words. The food is sub par the atmosphere is so so. We really just go there to support a local business. Not anymore though we'll just go somewhere that has time management skills and appreciates thier customers.

3 months agoThis was my first visit to MTO Bar and Grill. The restaurant was well kept and had a great atmosphere to it. We stopped for lunch at about noon on a Tuesday and it was not busy at all. Food was pretty good. I had the Philly cheese steak. Everything was fresh and hot. Server was very friendly and attentive. If I lived closer I would definitely come back to try more of the menu.

4 months agoOur server Jordan was fantastic! Funny, fun and very outgoing. Food was fantastic and fast. Jordan was very attentive and fast with refills and other needs! Will definitely be returning!!!!!

5 months agoMy wife and I stopped in for lunch. Burgers were better than nearby Butterbee's. Waitress was excellent. Nice atmosphere. Prices were reasonable. Chicken wings and cherry pie weren't bad at all. We'll be back.

Edited a year agoI enjoyed the bacon cheddar burger! Tall cold beer & relaxing vibe - during the mid afternoon when I was there. Def going back to try another meal. Edit went back and enjoyed the country fried steak. Waitress told us about the evening karaoke starting later. Great spot.

Edited 11 months agoService was the best. When they asked how you're doing, they are not going through the motions, they stop and really ask that question. PB Burger was on the edge of being overdone, but was good. Wings were good with a tasty Thai chili sauce.

3 years agoOur 1st visit was a wonderful experience. The resturant was clean and the service was friendly. We were very pleased with the selection on the salad bar. The cod and catfish meals were fresh tasting. The chocolate pie reminds me of my moms with a chocolate pudding texture. We look forward to our next visit.
