Mugsys is a very welcoming place. Whether you’re regular or new to the place, the staff and other patrons will make you feel comfortable here and want you to keep coming back
Was recommended to come here through a coworker. When I see that coworker tomorrow we are having words. This place absolutely sucked . Get greeted as soon as I sit at the bar but thats where customer service goes downhill. I get my beer order in, have to ask for a food menu and after I get it the bartender ghosts me. Shes on her phone with her back turned to me the rest of the time im there. She took my card and held it in the register while others got to hold on to there's. It took me waving down another bartender to get my card back and close out my tab. I wanted to pay cash but they had already ran my card. The place wasn't busy as there were plenty of places to sit at. I left for Luckys Grille where I got my beer and food order in under a min!
The drinks are reasonably priced, quick service and you can order OH Pizza and Wings with your bartender!! They also use Ezzo pepperonis, which everyone in Columbus knows are the best!!!
