Man, woman, boys and girls, let me tell you! Today, I stopped by The Mustard Seed BBQ Food Truck in Lutz. The bbq ribs, the chicken and brisket were the best I’ve had in a very long time. I was tender, juicy and topped with the perfect sauce that touched every taste bud and palates in my mouth. The Mac & cheese and baked beans were really good. But them darn collard greens were the icing on the cake. They were cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned. Tell the Jerriel sent you by!
The rib tips were very tender and great portion. The sides were good as well. Highly recommend!
My last visit was a little disappointing. The sides that we were served lacked flavor and had a very odd taste. Normally when we get our meals the side of green beans that come with them have smoked turkey in the green beans. The green beans we recieved did not have smoked turkey. They looked like unseasoned can green beans. The greens normally do not have meat, however they usually taste amazing. Not on this visit. They were not seasoned like they normally are when we get them. Not sure if the last visit was just an off day, however very disappointed.
