3 months agoSandra is great! She is very responsive and schedules you in a timely manner. She is amazing with my dogs who love her! She styled my golden retriever perfectly! I highly recommend her.

3 months agoSandra is hands-down the best groomer we’ve ever had. I have a Pomsky who is not easy to deal with and a Pomeranian who needs very careful, thorough grooming—and Sandra handles both of them with incredible patience, skill, and calm professionalism. She is extremely accommodating, takes her time, and never rushes the process. The level of detail she puts into her work is obvious every single time—my dogs always look and feel amazing when she’s done. What really sets her apart is how trustworthy she is; I feel completely confident leaving my dogs in her care, which is not something I say lightly. Sandra is knowledgeable, gentle, professional, and genuinely cares about the animals she works with. If you’re looking for someone who treats your dogs like her own and delivers consistently beautiful results, she is it. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pups.

4 months agoI cannot say enough good things about Sandra & My Loyal Pups! From the moment we walked in, Sandra was warm, patient, and clearly loved dogs. Kobe can be a little dramatic (okay, very dramatic), but she handled him with so much care and confidence that he was calm the entire time. When I picked him up, he looked AMAZING! perfectly groomed, smelled fantastic, and somehow even happier than when I dropped him off. She paid attention to every little detail, from his coat to his nails, and even gave me tips on maintaining his look at home. It's obvious Sandra genuinely cares about all the pups she works on. If you’re looking for a place you can trust with your furry family member, this is it. My dog walked out strutting like he knew he looked good and we’ll definitely be back! 🐶✨

4 months agoSandra really loves the animals that she works with and you can tell! Her prices are fair and she communicates efficiently. Her space is clean and she even gives the dog a cute accessory (handmade) sometimes. She's a gem, no wonder she has loyal pups!

5 months agoI just want to say that the groomer at Loyal Pups on Black Oakridge Road is absolutely amazing. She’s compassionate, detail-oriented, and truly understands how to handle my fur babies, especially when they’re anxious. She combines professionalism with genuine care, and I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else. I’m so grateful to have found her facility, because my dogs are calmer and happier, and I absolutely love her for it.

6 months agoWe couldn’t be happier!! Sandra did an amazing job Ronin came home looking absolutely adorable and smelling wonderful. You can tell she really cares about the animals she works with; my dog was calm and happy when I picked him up, which says a lot! The cut was exactly what I asked for, neat and well-shaped, and the attention to detail was fantastic. The shop was clean, welcoming, and Sandra makes Ronin feel right at home as soon as he walks in. I would recommend My Lolyal Pup to all pet parents. Thank you for taking such great care of our Ronin. We’ll be back soon!!

2 years agoI cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I was nervous because my one year old lab mix rescue had never been groomed before but Sandra eased all my worries. She sent me updated pictures of my dog while she was there and made her feel so comfortable. Not to mention when I picked my dog up her skin and coat felt so soft and smooth. I am so happy to have found such a loving place and groomer that takes care of their pups!

2 years agoSandra at My Loyal Pups is the best dog groomer we’ve ever seen. She is so friendly, personable and great with the dogs. We’ve brought both our black lab mix and mini GoldenDoodle to her for services and they both have a great time every time. She takes her time and gives the dogs a chance to play and feel comfortable in the space before the grooming even starts. I’ve felt rushed and overcharged at several other studios but I always leave feeling like I gave my dogs the best when they’re with Sandra. They come out looking and smelling amazing!! And Sandra even sends photos of their progress along the way! I can’t say enough good things about My Loyal Pups. I recommend her to everyone.
