Not a Good experience, pepper steak, yellow rice cabbage and Mac/cheese.. didn't want the platter
I order d a total of (3) cuisines Pepper Steak w. Sides, Fried Fish Shrimp stir- fry & Jamaican Pineapple soda👍 The Food was Amazing, The chef did a spectacular job.
Food here is amazing! I’m talking about everything! My favorite tho is the jerk salmon! Everyone is super polite and nice.
This place has really great tasting food. However, we ordered curry goat from them 2 or 3 days ago and it was way too spicy. Even, my niece who eats Jamaican food often said that "it is pretty spicy" (her family is from Kingston). I couldn't even eat it because of my health conditions. When I called to ask if they could make the goat less spicy, the person on the phone put the chef on the phone. The chef repeatedly told me that they never make food that's too spicy for people to eat and that it's not spicy. He also said that they don't make the goat to order and that it's already made. I asked if there are any other options and he kept telling me the goat is not spicy. The option that he eventually gave was pepper steak and I don't eat that.

Let me be the first to write this. (I truly hope this restaurant doesn't change a damn thing.) So, I had the jerk chicken with rice & peas, plus the steam cabbage and mac n' cheese on the side. The jerk sauce is very good, I love it. Look at the photo! I'm a 100% born and raised jamaican. I don't need to write anything else. I work 7 minutes away from the spot, I'll be going back again for sure.
