See All ReviewsThe pizza is very disappointing now. The pizza was pretty good around 10 years ago, so it’s a shame to see this place has gone downhill. I ordered a pizza with breaded chicken cutlet on top and they diced up frozen chicken patties to put on top of it. The pizza itself was just alright. After this experience, I don’t think I will order from Natale’s again which is unfortunate because I have been coming here most of my life.
Last night, a Saturday evening, I arranged for a group of 10 women to have dinner at Natale's. It could not have been any easier to plan this dinner from the phone call to reserve the date, to the actual event. Everything went smoothly. The food was great and plentiful and our server Ally was patient and courteous. Natale, the owner was present as was Enzo. Both extremely nice individuals. I will definitely arrange another dinner at Natale's in the future!
Overall the pizza is fine but nothing to write home about. I’ve also had a couple of poor experiences worth noting: I ordered a chicken parm dinner a few months ago and it was awful - the chicken was tough, dry and seemed like it hadn’t been made fresh. I also called recently and asked them to hold a couple of slices for my son, which they said they would do. We arrive 10 minutes later and apparently they decided to give them to another customer. The staff was also not super forthcoming about what happened, nor were they apologetic for the mixup.
