I went to take the driving test but the officer (7567) who administers the test is racist and rude, he yells at you for anything, I did everything he said but the racism got the better of him... everyone who took the test failed...
I went to change my driver’s license, and your employees were extremely rude and spoke in a commanding manner. Their job may be difficult, but that doesn’t mean they have to be unpleasant.
I want send this review to the manager person in this dmv facility I bring my son today February 5 2025 my son have road test at 9:20 am the instructor with name E Bill is very unprofessional because when he take passenger seat my son 17 year old tell him please put your seat belt before start the car and he tell my son don't tell me what I need to do be quiet and just follow my instructions my son respod back to him and tell him I don't start drive until you put you seat belt and he tell me my son I don't think so you going to take your road test today he call the school driver person bring my son to take the exam and tell him I think he is not ready and the person for school driving tell my son don't worry if him Don't want to put the seat belt my son said ok and my son drive little like 3 minutes and dmv instructor said my son stop the car and tell my son you failed you need to come back with any answers, I teach my son drive and park for 10 months every Saturday and Sunday for 2 hours each day this person E Bill don't deserve work in this facility because he was very unrespectfull with my son really bad experience with DMV 46 route wayne facility
