had no idea what we were walking into - were simply strolling the strip after striking out at a nearby restaurant (holiday prix fixe menu). this place is all you can eat, but DIY and cooked right in front of you. 4 people, $113 before tip.
Buffet style with meat and vegetables. Curry sauce was a good fit but other sauces were not impressive. The meat would shrink after cooking so needed to get another round.
Food was fair. The meats were tough. The food was cooked perfectly. Make sure you try a small bowl first to see how the spices and sauces will turn out. In my opinion, the sauces are overly watered down, and I should have put much more sauces in my bowl. The staff never asked if I wanted a soda, beer, or wine. The staff never removed the empty plates or bowls. There was no chocolate sauce for the ice cream. The place was clean.
