This pizza is seriously some of the BEST I have had at the beaches! Yes hours can be strange but this place is made by a 1 man pizza maker doing his best to make good pizza. definitely give this place a try if your looking for something good or wanting to try a new place after trying all the pizza places at the beach because it’s good stuff and fresh!
Hands down the BEST pizza in Jax beach, and quite frankly I cannot think of a pizza better than this anywhere in the US. Tried the plain cheese yesterday, this was spot on New York style pizza that was not overly greasy, thin crust which was the perfect amount of crispiness and loaded with flavor. Went back again today to try the Margherita pizza to see if it was on par with the cheese pizza, spoiler alert, it was. The Margherita Pizza was reminiscent of those we tried in Florence and Rome, not shocking as the owner grew up in Italy, and come to find out, started cooking when he was only nine years old. The crust was not to doughy, sauce was not watered down like others I have tried at different restaurants and the taste was overall very fresh and flavorful. This place is truly a gem that we were fortunate to stumble upon in Jax Beach
Amazing pizza, weird hours, great customer service and open late. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Mike gave me a free pizza since it was the one year anniversary of the pizza shop. He said he lived in Italy and learned how to make pizza there!
