I feel like it would’ve been better if it was fresh. I got my food delivered and it arrived cold and the Mac n cheese tasted like it’s been in the fridge overnight and heated back up in the microwave. Cornbread and Patato salad was definitely straight out the fridge. But I’ll be going back to try them out again because I support Pontiac Businesses.Hopefully they see this and do better.
Nick's Corner was great! I ordered my food online ahead of time and it was ready when I walked in - five minutes prior to my scheduled pick-up time. I got the Pontiac Special Grinder and it was HUGE! I also got plenty of fries with it as well. I wish I didn't have to drive 10 minutes home to eat it, as both the grinder and fries got a little soggy - but, that's on me. I can't wait to be able to try Nick's again, in person, with a fresh grinder and fries. My wife also enjoyed her double cheeseburger and fries. She said it hit the spot.
They are always friendly and the food is always amazing. I've never had a bad experience with them and they stay pretty busy so for them to be fast, polite, and be able to maintain that during deliveries is impressive. They keep people happy as best as they can and so far have succeeded.
