This review is more about the outstanding service from Nick's bartender than the food itself; I didn't catch her name, but she went above and beyond. I ordered 4 pizzas for my family before boarding our flight. JetBlue ended up starting the boarding process and ending it early. I had to literally give up on waiting for the pizzas and run to the gate once the app told me the doors were closing. As I was waiting in line on the jetway, a JetBlue flight attendant comes walking down with our 4 pizzas which were brought to her by the bartender. Truly a wonderfully unexpected experience!
Ordered a pizza after a long day with 30 minutes before my flight. After 20 mins asked the status and the two rude men working the bar looked at each other asking if the other put the pizza in. But i ordered the pizza from one person not two. Terrible service and even worse no acknowledgement or apology’s of their failure or ineptitude. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Great food,drinks, and service. Reasonably priced. Best option in PBI while waiting for your flight.
