a month agoI asked for steak and chicken, the person that didn’t understand me on the phone gave me shrimp ( an allergy for me) and chicken. I’m 17 minutes away from the location I get home and it’s wrong. I was told to bring the plate back instead of remaking my food. 0/10 do not recommend eating here.

a month agoSo, Im someone that generally wants to assume the best, but the prices posted online were significantly different than the ones posted online. We were suprised to pay what we thought were Ichiban prices for mediocre take out fast food. Probably wont do a return visit.

7 months agoMy husband and I, even had co-workers going there, and ate here for a long time, but that all ended recently. He and I had went in and sat down with our meal. I noticed one of the employees pouring the shrimp sauce into the small containers to be refrigerated... She was scooping the sauce from a large TRASH CAN - sure, the can might not have ever been used for trash, but the rim on the outside was DIRTY. She and I made eye contact and she just smiled at me like it was normal and continued to scoop the already made sauce from the trash can and put it into the small serving cups that everyone gets with their order! Be careful eating here. That isn't sanitary at all.

8 months agoI have loved this place for years! Prices have went up dramatically.. from $5 to $13 in a span of 5 years. I get it, but at least give the correct amount of portions for the amount of money your customers are paying for. The food has always been great and people behind the counter are always friendly.. just please PLEASE work on recalculating your portion sizes. I used to have enough left over for work after dinner but now it’s gone in one sitting.

8 months agoPrices have gone up...no surprise. Food was just ok. Carrots were way too sweet, couldn't even eat them. The hibachi sauce seemed sweet which is not the normal. Disappointed that it didnt come with mixed vegetables like most do.

3 years agoFake Japanese rice. They don't use the real sticky rice. It looks like chicken is precooked. Worst Japanese food ever. The lady cashier watches show in her phone while working. The white sauce is laid out in the table, it should be in the fridge or kept cold for safety reasons or otherwise it's gonna hurt your tummy...
