Cozy diner feel with a diverse menu. Lots of choices for all types of food. Willing to customize based on preference. Very affordable and very friendly service. Great place for a homemade-like meal.
I had an order delivered. It was supposed to be meatloaf but it was just ground beef mashed up. I also ordered a coconut cake and I got some kind of cherry fruit cake. I have no idea who thought this was acceptable but I am not happy at all.
We went for dinner on a weeknight it wasn't super busy. Our food was all very good. The mashed potatoes were very smooth and buttery. The fried walleye came out hot and flaky as did the country fried steak. Soup was good and we grabbed dessert to take home and enjoy later since we were to full to eat it there. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Overall a great experience and we will be back.
