Top Reviews
See All ReviewsSince yall are the same owners of the one in Mooresville, this review is for that location specifically. Please train your staff to have a friendlier attitude, along with making sure the food is correct before leaving the kitchen. You also need to redo your menu, you have a couple of typos and make sure to list all your dishes. Why have a picture of a patty melt on the menu, but not list it??? And for a large drink, your menu is typed at $29.5, when it should be $2.95. I have several years of serving experience under my belt, and it really irks me when a server is more focused on the money instead of the guests. I'm also appalled and shouldn't be surprised the server never mentioned her name either. I guess service has changed over the years. Treat your guests like a dollar sign instead of a human being. I also want to state, please don't try to hide your racism. Please, oh please, be blunt. If you want your location to be white only, put that sign out front. Would like to know if anyone else has felt the same way with the 29 Grill location in Mooresville since it opened.
I order from here a lot through DoorDash because I work from home. The food is always fresh, and very good. And it arrives quickly every time. I have never been disappointed. Their salads are huge and in my opinion one of the best salads in North Carolina If not the best! No exaggeration being from the Carolinas and having had many of salads from the area.
It was an OK experience all around—not bad, not good. Ordering was easy, up front. Prices were more than I expected, all a-la-carte, for no actual table service. Food was bland. Chili on the Carolina burger didn’t have any noticeable flavor but the slaw was good. Fries were mushy and bland, even with seasoning salt. It’s certainly a spot for regulars, I can imagine this was once the only place to get a ‘home cooked meal’ on this strip.
