I stopped by recently and was honestly impressed from start to finish. The protein tea was the highlight—super refreshing, not overly sweet, and you can actually tell it’s made with quality ingredients. I liked that it didn’t have that heavy, chalky taste you sometimes get with protein drinks. It felt light but still energizing, which is kind of the perfect combo. They also offer aloe and added vitamins, which I wasn’t expecting but really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel a little more intentional, like they actually care about what they’re serving and how it benefits you—not just throwing together another sugary drink. You can customize things too, which is always a plus. The flavor options were great, and the one I tried tasted clean and smooth without being artificial. Definitely something I’d come back for, especially if you’re looking for a healthier alternative to coffee or energy drinks. What stood out just as much as the drinks, though, was the atmosphere. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming without being over the top. You don’t feel rushed, and they’re happy to answer questions or help you pick something out. Also worth mentioning—the place was very clean, including the bathroom, which says a lot about how they run things overall. All around, it’s a solid spot if you want something refreshing, a little healthier, and served by good people. I’ll definitely be back.

Ooooyyyeee, I just tried a loaded tea from Northside Nutrition when one of their associates stopped by during a marketing walk-around, ay dios que bueno that she did! I was dead tired, at work and this drink (Mexican Lollipop flavor) was amazing, super refreshing, full of flavor, and gave me a great boost, with no crash! The associate was friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what she was offering. Definitely worth checking them out if you want something tasty and energizing to get you through the day. Highly recommend Northside Nutrition!
