Food is good and made to order, waitress are nice the owner she is very friendly and nice. But her daughter at register is rude and makes that place a 0 star … they need to send her to educate herself in how to handle and serve their customers.. if they had that attitude adjustment or someone with good positive customer services when picking up or ordering food from her or paying for bill. It seems that she never wants to help and she always is making faces and just has a bad attitude. I would’ve given him five stars but since that has been going on since they’ve been open, they only get three but the food is good..
LEGIT breakfast spot. I have been in SA 30+ years so I know what I’m talking about :D When we first arrived wasn’t busy but people started coming in. Usually a restaurant has its subtle specialties but here everyone was really good. We tried, chicharron (thick and not soggy), sausage ranchero, migas taco, kids pancake breakfast, and bean and cheese. The refried beans take bean and cheese taco to next level. We also tried menudo(waiter let us try since we already ordered, amazing flavor and will order next time.
I placed an order of 10 breakfast tacos over the phone, and the tacos were ready pretty fast. I got there and paid for the order and tip them. When I arrived to my destination I noticed they just gave me 8 tacos, so I called the restaurant to notify them of the error. The girl on the phone, said that they gave me 10 tacos, but I said, that why would I call and complain about 2 missing tacos? makes no sense. She said they will check their cameras and left me on hold. Then got on the phone again and said that she corroborated that they gave me 10 tacos not 8. At that point, I realized they were not gonna address the situation and told the girl that it was ok I just would never buy from them again. She said : "Ok" Now, about the food, the tacos are just ok, nothing great or special, they are bland, the flour tortilla is not handmade, and its more Texas style than authentic Mexican flour tortillas. Service, well its terrible. I am disappointed because it was my first time buying here.
