See All ReviewsNice Atmosphere. Nice People. Worse Bolognese I’ve ever had…. It was more of a tomato sauce… Great Gelato! This what a Bolognese should look like… Meat!
This place is amazing! It’s owned and run by the absolute nicest people and the food is exactly what you need and want when you’re craving Italian. I loved everything we ordered and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Don’t miss out on the eggplant parmigiana and cannoli!
I have eaten at Numero 28 a few times now, so you won't be surprised to read that I enjoyed it. The service is attentive, if not polished. The prices are quite reasonable. The pizza is good, if not remarkable. The pasta is tasty. The paninis are excellent. So what made me give it 4 stars? The tiramisu is rather disappointing. The ladyfingers, which are supposed to be soaked in espresso, are so dry that you can tell they are dry even sitting in the midst of that cream. Without espresso, they are just fingers. Someone put dry fingers in my tiramisu, 4/5.
