3 months agoVery unfriendly people work there. Noodles are stale . Wonton soup was broth with a few wontons. No little pieces of pork or anything else. Fried rice mushy . Terrible food.

3 months agoVery disappointing experience at New York Chinese Food in Palm City. The owners were rude and obnoxious. Another customer was already there saying she would never return because they treated her poorly and even hung up on her when she called to order. My experience was no better. The customer service is terrible and unwelcoming. On top of that, the lunch combo does not include an egg roll—only soup, with no flexibility at all. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place due to the awful customer service.

7 months agoplaces is terrible never come here!!! she speaks so fast on the phone and when i asked her to say it again she hanged up! not to mention how rude she is and disrespectful, the restaurant is crappy and cheap NEVER COME HERE

9 months agoBeef lo mein? Lol more like noodles lol mein I ask for hot oil sauce. Lmao damn barley everything in the cup n I tip 2 dollars. They hang up before u ask the time. Well that's just me n my experience. Never again on this place. I rather go next to Publix honestly. But go check it out so u can b disappointed like me.

9 months agoDecent food, quick service, friendly employees. We had 4 different meals for take out and they were all good! I feel like the negative reviews are a bit harsh. A 5 to me is Chinatown quality so I can’t give it that. But a 4 is very fair.

10 months agoTerrible food the pork fried rice was EXTREMELY DRY AND THE LADY DID NOTHING TO HELP. The orange chicken was hard and cold! Do not ever order Chinese food here. This is ABSOLUTELY nothing compared to NEW YORK STYLE FOOD. The container of soup was a toddler portion. If I could offer zero starts I would totally!!

a year agoHave been ordering here almost weekly for 14 years. The food is sensational! Fresh, packed nicely and delicious. Their Szechuan tofu is my favorite food in the world! Don't let how curt the woman on the phone is deter you from ordering here. Also, make sure your order is correct before you leave. It's still 5 stars from me because their food is the very best and I know it is cooked beautifully. Haven't had a bad meal from here ever--and we order from here almost weekly over 14 years!

Edited 5 years agoI've tried several Chinese restaurants in Martin County and this one by far is the best thus far! My order and pictures were of spring roll, egg roll, pork fried rice, and pork noodle dish (pork mei fun). I wasn't a big fan of the spring roll (got it just to try it out) but that's just bc of personal preference. Otherwise all of the good was awesome. The restaurant is now doing take out only (due to Covid) and are perfectly safe. As for all previous reviews comments on personnel's demeanor...I absolutely had an opposite and extremely pleasant experience. The owner was pleasant, happy, smiling and even recommended another restaurant when I inquired about an off-menu specialty item. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment and will go back there for every Chinese food craving from now on. So happy I 'discovered' them!
