I often go to ocean blue for their salt and pepper crabs. Every time I get them and get in my car I open the container and there is steam coming out of the box. Today I get them, open the container, no steam. I pinch the skin off one of the crabs, it’s barely warm. Cracked the crab open and the meat was cold. I went back inside as I had only walked to my car and explained my concerns to the cashier. She says ok one moment, takes the bag, then comes back in five minutes saying my order is ready. These are the same crabs just reheated and they already tasted reheated when I got them the first time. Now they’re reheated and overly salted. They also don’t taste fresh, like crabs that were pulled out the freezer. Very disappointing.
I only go here for fried crabs and I've never been disappointed. They clean the crab before frying them which is important for me. The service has never been bad. Great hours and when I call in the order it's always ready when I get there.
I ordered the salt and pepper crabs, which I always do so I know what they supposed to look like and what they supposed to feel like and what they supposed to taste like all the crabs got there. I should’ve known they was finished with them too soon get them home they so like they will cook yesterday warmed up and throwing the gift. They better get it right and learn how to talk to the customers. The customer spend their money and they business they need us. We don’t need them.
